What are the pinatas made of?

Pinatas are made of recycled cardboard, streamers, crepe paper and string.

How many kgs of lollies can they hold?

Our pinatas are strong that can hold a few kilos of lollies, depending on the type or design of the pinata, usually can hold up to 3-4kgs of lollies.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! If you don’t find what you are looking for, get in touch with your idea and we will asses and give you a custom quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the high shipping prices from Australia, at the moment we are only servicing Australia-wide.

If I live in Sydney, can I pick up my pinata?

Sure thing, we are located in North West Sydney, NSW, please note that this is not a front shop and only pre-scheduled pick up appointments are accepted. Address will be provided once order has been placed and confirmed for pick up.

Do you accept cancellations?

Cancellations are only accepted within 24hrs of placing the order. Cancellations and refunds are not allowed in custom orders. Please get in touch to find the best solution.

Do you have pinatas ready to ship?

Due to the diversity of pinatas that we get requested, we rarely hold inventory, but please get in touch to see options. We might have some ready to ship.

What is the processing time?

Processing time is the time it takes to make the pinata from order to dispatching and it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. This exclude shipping times. If you need your pinata sooner, please get in touch to review options. We usually love to accommodate rush requests, however sometimes it is not possible due to the couriers shipping times or due to other orders already confirmed. 

Do you offer rush orders?

We don’t want anyone to be left without their pinata, so we do our best to accommodate last minute request, however we suggest to order with plenty of anticipation to avoid disappointments. Please get in touch to review times and express shipping options.
